Martin Hak: Velrybí doupě (Whale's Den)

Stories from the icy plains, as hard as frozen meat, crisp like seal fat, and as instructive as a bear’s paw strike.

The performance is a live storytelling about life beyond the Arctic Circle. The audience will hear two stories about many white creatures and one strange being from the icy plains of the north, accompanied by the sound of ice crystals swishing across the white landscape, and definitely one thrilling visit to a certain large and magnificent family. We’ll see many white furs, there will be fun, but beware, things will get intense. Very intense. So, bring courage with you.

Performed and told by: Martin Hak

After the performance, there will be an art workshop withTereza Tůmová (a graphic arts student from Grace High School).
